Yuck! Canada Post is being a major pain in the butt. I am currently physically going into the post office daily to see if your orders are here but due to the issues they are having, many of your orders will be late and I'm truly sorry about that. That said, I will deliver your orders the same day I get them.
I will not be taking any more session appointments for this year, I am totally booked up but please email or call me to set up appointments for January and 2007 in general. Remember, until the new site is up, you will be able to take advantage of my no session fee promotion no matter how far in advance you book.
It's been a great year and I thank you all for getting me started on this journey by allowing me to photograph your super gorgeous kids! I can't wait to see what next year brings.

Something Refreshingly Different From Me
The mother of this sweet and serious little guy requested only black and white photo results, which was an opportunity for me to brush up on my black and white processing skills. I really really really love the way these are turning out.

Here comes Christmas full steam ahead!
It's been extremely busy here at Tanya Ashley Photography. So much so that I'm afraid I only have a handfull of appointments left for 2006 and I will then be opening up my schedule for 2007 starting mid-January. The Christmas cards have been a huge hit and I want to thank everyone who ordered them. Of course you can still make orders for cards and prints and what not, it's just the sessions themselves that are limited and more risky, especially if you are looking to order prints that have to be mailed south!
And since I've mentioned my limited time, I should probably mention that I'll have to postpone the launching of my new site for another month or so. Mid December? There are just not enough hours in the day to get it finalized beforehand. This is great news for you since you can book future sessions (even next summer if you want) and still be able to take advantage of my 'no session fee' policy. Until the site is up that is. He he.
Here are some shots from two recent sessions. The first is little 'D' and I actually got the chance to meet him about a year ago for the first time to do his 3 month shots. He's really grown into an adorable little toddler.
The second set is of two sweet little brothers (seperate of course as there are a limited number of toddlers that I've met anyway, who will sit still for long enough with a 3 month old to get a picture without making the parents nervous!) Enjoy

Meet Baby 'L'
My gosh, it was nearly impossible to choose favourites to post with this shoot! I just love when they go this well. I had the pleasure of meeting Baby L while she was still in the hospital and then again, a few weeks later. This baby was an absolute doll.
